  1. What is NashvilleCowboy.com?
    We are an online store providing high end western wear for purchase and gifts for delivery in the United States. All of our transactions are executed at our Nashville store Nashville Cowboy, which means you have the ease of shopping online, and have available a staff of professional employees ready to assist you if necessary. Our staff also has the expertise to provide answers concerning every product we sell; a quality not necessarily available with many online sellers.

  2. How soon can you deliver?
    Our goal at NashvilleCowboy.com is to ensure delivery within 3 days. We understand that you would want your purchase/gift delivered on someone's birthday and not a day later so we make sure that we meet the Preferred Delivery Day Deadline.

    We generally need 3 working days to process the order and ensure that happens, but in case you happen to be late, we will try hard make sure that the delivery can take place within 24 - 48 hours at no extra charge (if this is not possible, we will deliver as soon as we can). Some products like custom made products and out of stock products can take upto 3 to 4 weeks to get delivered.

  3. What are the payment options?
    Payment Options - You can pay for your order using the following payment options:

    Credit Cards – You can make a Credit Card payment using Master or Visa Card, American Express and Discover.

    Note: Using a Credit card for shopping online is as simple and secure. We are a Geotrust Secure Site. We use industry standard secure server that supports 128-bit SSL encryption. What this means is when you give us your credit card information, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) format and it is not decoded until we are ready to process and ship your order.

  4. Is it safe to submit my credit card information on your site?
    The security of your personal information is very important to us. Using a credit card for shopping online is simple and secure. We are a Geotrust Signed Secure Site. We have obtained a security certificate from Geotrust View Certificate; you may clock the Geortrust logo at the bottom of any of our internet pages and confirm the information supplied to Geotrust and the encryption used to protect your information. This means is when you provide the credit card information, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) format and it is not decoded until we process it.

    We only accept credit card information online on our secure server. Please do not give us your credit information by email.

  5. Where is NashvilleCowboy.com based?
    We are a brick and mortar store in Nashville Tennessee. All customer service issues are handled in Nashville.

  6. Where are the products sourced from?
    NashvilleCowboy.com ships all their products from stock on hand from our store in Nashville (unless there is a special order).

  7. Can I send a card along with the gift?
    All gifts are sent with a message card which is free. Just type in your message while placing your order and we will do the rest.

  8. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
    Shipping charges are not determined until we have actually boxed and submitted shipping information to one of the primary carriers we employ; when you are placing your order simply denote how quickly you want shipping executed (ground, 2nd day, overnight, etc.) and you will then be charge what we are charged for shipping. Some products may include a charge for special packaging such as gifts or hat boxes. depending on where the items are being shipped, you may be charged sales tax.

  9. Where in the United States can you deliver?
    All 50 states via United Parcel Service. DHL or Federal Express.

  10. How do I know that delivery is complete?
    We send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details. If the recipient has sent a return message, this will be e-mailed to you.

  11. Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages?
    There may be some variation in color, etc. based on the quality of the photograph.

  12. What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
    If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is due to NashvilleCowboy.com.

  13. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?
    NashvilleCowboy.com will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
