On Protection of Privacy Information
Nashville Cowboy, (here under Nashville Cowboy) obtains and utilizes information such as our customer's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, credit card information, ip addresses and purchase information to facilitate the execution of our businesses. We recognize that proper protection of the privacy information of our customers (hereunder, "privacy information") to be a serious obligation, and, to fulfill this obligation, we handle privacy information pursuant to the policy below.

(1) Nashville Cowboy will comply with laws, other relating ordinances, and relating guidelines on the protection of privacy information that are applied to privacy information, and adhere to and abide by the generally accepted practices on the handling of privacy information, and handle information with care. We also will work to improve on the handling of information.

(2) Nashville Cowboy will make the rules and regulations on handling of privacy information clear, and disseminate and fully inform of them to our employees. We also will request our business counterparts to handle privacy information with due care.

(3) With respect to acquisition of privacy information, the purpose of usage will be specified and notified or disclosed, and any privacy information will be handled within the scope of said purpose.

(4) When privacy information of our customers is provided to relevant consignees as a result of consignment of all or part of the handled privacy information to third parties, within necessary limits, to achieve the purpose of usage, upon confirmation that the privacy information at the relevant consignee is protected adequately, an agreement on protection of privacy information shall be concluded, and appropriate steps taken.

(5) Necessary steps shall be taken in order to perform proper management to prevent leakage, loss, and falsification of privacy information.

(6) With respect to the privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy, when our customers personally make requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of usage, we will respond in good faith.

We will comply with the specific items below.
Purpose of Usage
(1) Customer management to maintain customer lists run by Nashville Cowboy.

(2) To confirm customer information and members/affiliates to respond to inquiries.

(3) E-mailers of newsletters relating to the business of Nashville Cowboy, mailers of seasonal publications, and direct-mail adverts.

(4) Marketing research for the businesses of Nashville Cowboy.

(5) Mailers of invitations to and news on events and functions that Nashville Cowboy hosts, co-sponsors, sponsors, supports, or collaborates on, and season's greetings to our customers.

(6) To perform other operations relating to the businesses of Nashville Cowboy.
Control and Security
With respect to handling of the privacy information provided by our customers, Nashville Cowboy will work on maintaining the accuracy of privacy information through proper and stringent controls via the appointment of a security administrator of privacy information. Furthermore, with respect to the risks of improper access from outside and prevention of any leakage of information, based on the rules and regulations on privacy information protection and the detailed rules on handling and management of privacy information, we will effect safety measures at the necessary and appropriate levels, and work on safety management of the privacy information of our customers.
Providing of Information to Third Parties
Excepting cases as required by ordinances, Nashville Cowboy will not provide privacy information to third parties, without the consent of our customer. Our parent company, Rick's Ranchwear, Inc. is the primary administrator of customer information and retains the same intention of not providing any customer information to third parties without the consent of the customer.
Disclosure
With respect to privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy, when our customer personally requests disclosure of his/her information, excepting the case as required by ordinances, we make disclosure without delay, upon verification that the requestor is the customer him/herself.
Corrections, Additions, and Deletions
With respect to privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy, when our customer personally requests corrections, additions, or deletions of his/her information, when our details differ from fact, we make corrections, additions, or deletions without delay, upon verification that the requestor is the customer him/herself.
Suspension of Usage, and Removal
With respect to privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy, when our customer personally requests suspension of the usage or removal of his/her information, or the providing of his/her information to third parties, we will suspend the providing of information to third parties, or remove or suspend the usage of his/her information without delay, upon verification that the requestor is the customer him/herself and it is verified that the wish of our customer is legitimate.

(2) Fee
We ask for a fee of $10 per case remitted by bank wire or other method when we respond to your request for disclosure of privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy, or for notification of the purpose of usage of privacy information stored at Nashville Cowboy.
